So Im debating with a friend of mine about this, so I was wondering....those charting, or whatever. How long after did you start feeling symptoms of pregnancy. I.e frequent urination, breast tenderness? My friend was ovulating and so they TTC and its been 8 days and she is experiencing frequent urination and also she had some spotting for one day( implantation? IDK). Its not a UTI because she just got tested for everything at a dr appt last week. I dont remember when I did. TIA Oh and how soon can she test for pregnancy. Today is the 8th or 9th day

I tested 12 dpo because that was my longest LP.

I've seen women on the GP boards getting BFPs as early as 10 dpo.

not to be mean, but i think it's probably all in her head. OUr first few months of TTC i experienced a lot of symptoms and i think i was just playing mind games with myself (subconsciously of course).

when i was actually prego i didn't feel any different at all so i didn't test until 2 days after i was supposed to get AF

I really didn't have any symptoms except for gas and mild cramping. I tested at 10 & 12 dpo with a BFN. Tested again at 14 dpo and got a BFP.

I got my BFP this pregnancy at 10DPO. With DD it was 11DPO. I still do not have any symptoms this pregnancy. At this point, with DD, I had sore boobs, but that's about it.

It's really too earl to experiance frequent urination. Many pregnancy symptoms are the same as AF. With my son and with this pregnancy I didn't experiance any symptoms until 5-6wks.

She can start testing now. I don't suggest unsing anything but a $1 store test before 14DPO. I got a +HPT ($1 store) with 3 pregnancies at 10DPO

This. Like PP said, most symptoms are exactly the same as AF. Some have no symptoms at all.

i didn't feel well toward the end of my lp, felt like i was getting a stomach virus that was going around work (like 11, 12 dpo) but haven't felt much since then a little nausea off and on. I did wait till 14 dpo because that was the longest for me and i didn't want to get my hopes up.

I got my BFP at 4dp5dt (which is 9dpo). At 8dpo I was very sick to my stomach and having mild cramping. I have been very sick and super tired ever since.

I can't recall when my frequent urination started.

I experienced cramping almost right away, but that was my only symptom for a couple of weeks. I didn't test until 22 dpo.

So far, still no symptoms for me. It's a little early for your friend to test; so, if it were me, I'd wait at least until 12 or 14 DPO.

I got a VERY faint line at 9dpo and a positive digital at 11dpo. The only symptom I had was also AF like cramping.

With DD I was charting and tested around 11 dpo. I don't remember when I first had symptoms. I think they started after I got my bfp. This time we were trying but not charting. I was convinced I was going to get my period until I was a few days late and finally tested. Looking back I was pretty exhausted in the evenings before I got my bfp this time, so I should have suspected something.

I didn't have any symptoms until about 5 weeks and then it was just some bloat and fatigue. I work some night shifts and i though that was what it was from. Around week 6 was when I started feeling a little nauseated.

you generally implant 9-11 dpo. I tested at 10 dpo and got a bpf. I would _think_ having pregnancy symptoms that early isnt likely. Having period symptoms then would make sense though.
