i woke up this morning with a very mild barely noticeable crotch-bone pain ( sorry dont know how else to describe it) its now 1pm and the pain has escalated. it feels like i have been riding a horse full speed all morning. it hurts to lift my leg to try to cross it, standing makes the pain/pressure worse but even sitting i can still feel it. what is this? MH thinks LO may be dropping and that is what i'm feeling? i dont know but its freaking me out...my CM also increased since last night...someone please tell me i'm not gonna be in the hospital tomorrow lol

Re: please tell me this is normal
Had it for about 3 weeks now! Asked dr. about it and he said it's the pubic bone starting to spread. Not harmful to baby or mom or pregnancy, just miserable! Doesn't mean baby is coming any time soon.
Tips that I found online:
Keep your knees together when you stand and sit
Don't cross your legs
Keep knees together when you roll over in bed (WAY easier said than done)
Don't squat unless you absolutely have to
