Anyone else have a short fuse with the Family this year?

Yikes, my family has all been in town for a few days because my grandfather passed away last week, and I love my family but even the best families do stuff that irritates you, with all the hormones...  there is just stuff I havent handled as well as normal...I totally snapped at my sister yesterday over something pretty small, but with all the emotions... I am a wreck!

I appoligized, but I still feel kinda bad.  Anyone else doing this too?

    Yep...I even tried to avoid them b/c I don't want to be mean...I just cant help myself!

    I end up staying quiet so that I don't snap but it's hard.

    Yep I tend to snap over very very stupid things. My sister is coming in to town tonight and I know it will be so hard for me to keep my mouth shut. She is one of those people that I love to death but we can't stand being around each other for more than a few days. Wish me luck with her. Lol.

    Not with my family, but definitely with my ILs, particulary my MIL. Gosh, she's been nutty and I am SO glad I don't live around her (especially not isolated on the family homestead...yikes!).

    I think she'd be getting on my nerves even if I wasn't pregnant, but even more so now that I am. I need to just let her junk roll off my back and enjoy the holiday...

    YES! My FIL is a total jacka$$ and he will mouth off at anything! So I told my hubby to make SURE he's mother has a word with he's father before they get to my house tonight! I told my hubby LOOK I can't drink so i might not help what I tell him so he better keep he's comments to himself! PHEW....can't I have ONE glass of wine???? Merry christmas to all you guys!

    I have wanted more alone time, so we have just been careful not to over commit to family stuff this year. We took a little crap for it, but better than me having a meltdown.

    I've been pretty short with EVERYONE lately.  We are doing family tonight but opted out of family time tomorrow, which is in the best interested of everyone. :)
