34 weeks is a big milestone because a 34 weeker pretty much acts full term, so no major problems. If I end up going into labor, they will do nothing to stop it. I still haven't gained any weight, but she didn't comment on that. She told me that I could be a little more relaxed about bedrest, but I still needed to abstain from sexual activity. LAAAAME. DH totally laughed when I asked her about that. "Is is THAT bad?" he says. My doctor giggled and said that Oing can cause contractions so I needed to stay away from it. IF I make it to 37 weeks, she said I could "go crazy". Come on 37 weeks!
She didn't do an internal on me (sort of yay because the suck, but I'm super curious at what I'm at now). She doesn't plan on doing an u/s until I go in for labor. There is "some" concern about if the baby is breech right now because of where I am feeling movement, but she told me not to worry about it.
DH also asked about if it was likely for me to go into PTL with the next baby. She said, "Definitely." DANG IT. That is the biggest piece of evidence that DH has against having another. She did say that I would most likely qualify for a shot that I'd get every week after 16 weeks if we decided to get pregnant. Ugh... at least I'd have another, though. I'm not sure where he stands based on that now.
Again, thanks for the Ts and Ps, ladies!

I'm glad things are going well. ??
In an unrelated note, I am soooo jealous of your hair. ?It reminds me of Nicole Kidman in Practical Magic. ?Gorgeous.?
I'd say thanks, but it feels weird since I didn't get to pick my hair color.
Keep it up!
Just wondering could your OB not tell from feeling your belly the position of the baby. Mine tells me LO's position at every appt.
Congrats!!!
I told her that I was feeling a ton of movement in my pelvic area. She felt my belleh, but said she couldn't tell from that.
She also couldn't tell me if I dropped or not since she didn't give me an internal.
Congrats!! Come on 37 weeks!!
Where are you feeling movement at? I'm just wondering b/c my LO was breech at 28 weeks but they haven't told me anything. I'm just wondering if LO has turned.
yay! so glad you made it to 34 weeks!
you look GREAT! keep up the good work!
It's so weird. I feel movements at both ends. Before, with Little was head up, I felt movement just in my lower abs. He was head down at my last several u/s, but starting yesterday (after having quite a bit of discomfort) I started feeling movement reeeeeeeally low... like the front of my crotch. But - I also feel movement above my belly button like always.
Oh wow. Hopefully Little isn't breech and is just long and practicing some new kick and punch combos.
This sounds like great movement for a head down baby. DS1 was always in this position. DS2 I could tell when he moved head down just because the movement finally felt like it did when I had DS1. Then I was feeling movement everywhere.
For me at least, it's because his head is down and his hands are usually nearby there too. Then the butt comes up and over towards my left side and his feet are trying to kick out my right side. Sometimes I feel his butt on the left, sometimes at the top of my belly. When he was butt down I guess his legs were more cramped by the pelvic bones so I must have been mostly just feeling arms and hands around my abs.
Yeah! Congrats. You look fabulous!

You are looking great! So glad things are going well.
My LO is teasing me today with crazy BH and of course, as soon as I come home from the doc they stop. Oy! I don't want him to come this early but I also don't like the worrying!
I will be sharing this info with my husband. THANKS!
And good luck to you!
Congrats! You look amazing! Can't wait to see pics of your LO once he/she decides to arrive!
BTW You should put a ticker on your siggy counting down to when you'll be able to make whoopie again. Just a thought
GL!
