We've discovered DD will drink 1% milk...

She has never taken to whole milk. DH drinks 1% and on a whim we offered her some tonight and she drank it. What is the reasoning for giving them whole milk?

According to my pedi babies need the added fat for brain development.

That's awesome! Maybe you can find good fats to give her otherwise and just go with 1%.

They need the fat for brain development, but you could easily find fat elsewhere :-).
