twins?

in 1st Trimester
So DH keeps telling me he thinks it is twins.  We went to Babies R us for his Sister to look at her registry and to look at stuff for us too.  He kept looking at the twin strollers and things.  I'm like really?  You really think so?  We won't know until Tuesday for sure.  We shall see.

    What makes him feel this way? Just a feeling or high betas?

    Why does he think that?  Do twins run in your family?  Or does he want to get it all over at once? lol

    haha I think he would love to get it over with in one shot :-)  My Great aunt had 1 set of twins and my Aunt had 2 sets of twins.  so they do run in my family on my mom's side.  I think he is trying to prepare himself so he isn't too shocked if it really is twins.

    It's fun to wonder and guess!  My H is an identical twin, so people are always teasing us (even though it doesn't run in MY family and he's not fraternal).  I was sure this wasn't twins because I haven't gotten that big yet.  I think my belly was bigger by this time with my first pregnancy, but I'm also starting out a little heavier.

    I'm a fraternal twin and my H is terrified we are having them. Truthfully I would be really happy with twins. It's all I know! I don't have any other siblings except my brother!

    Wow too weird--

    DH has been telling me he thinks we're going to have twins since before we even got married! He said he just has a "gut feeling". No idea why! But the freaky thing is, he is almost always correct on his gut feelings. He knew I was pg before I did! LOL. No history of twins in either of our families, but we'll see. 1st u/s tomorrow! If I see 2 little sacs, I'm gonna freak.

    Ha Ha my Hubby joked about twins for 2 weeks and it turned out to be triplets..
