    I call my homemade formula...breast milk...so easy to make and absolutely free...

    DH's grandma made formula for her kids from a recipe her doc gave her back then -- cow's milk, water, corn syrup.  Now?  The homemade stuff isn't so recommended, unless it's homemade in the boob.

    Yes, this is true...my uncle's white-trash wife said when Jacob was born "we jus' put a lil Karo in some reglar ole milk when our babies were lil". Um, yeah, not following that advice. I know how your family turned out.

    I like the posts that said breastmilk was their homemade formula. that was my thoughts too. That's the good thing of breatmilk there's no questioning it!
