assembled a PB anywhere chair lately?

I just put the cushions into the slipcover but something is off.  The arm rests are a little loosey-goosey (and I put them in as tight as I could) and the back rest seems to be weak too.  If I sit in it and lean back, it goes back way too easily.  The back rest was the hardest part to put in there snugly.

Plus, the directions keep referring to "the cushion labled backrest" or whatnot and none of our cushions are labeled but I'm pretty sure that I put everything in the right place.  Maybe the directions are for the older anywhere chair, and now the hybrid chairs don't have labels?

Any advice is appreciated.  I feel like a total idiot for even asking - it looks so simple but I'm clearly doing something wrong...

    Did you try switching the bottom and back cushions?

    Don't feel bad- I mess it every single time I wash the cover.  I never get it right.  I get so frustrated everytime and have to redo it a million times before it is set correctly. None of my cushions are labeled either.

    thanks all - during afternoon naptime I'll try switching the cushions and hopefully that will fix it.  I'm glad mine aren't the only ones w/o labels!

    weird mine are labeled, but i agree swap the big cushions around :)
