Bored at work...what is everyone else doing today?

So I am officially the only person in my department that is in the office.  There is no one around and I am bored out of my mind Indifferent

What are everyone's plans for the day? Does anyone wanna hang out with me on the bump for entertainment?

    I'll be in and out today. We're working through tomorrow, though our students have gone home for the holiday.

    (BTW - I'll be in your neck of the woods tomorrow night:) We're staying at my IL's outside of Cincy for Christmas)

    I have to work tomorrow too...Thursday can't get here soon enough.  Hopefully the weather will cooperate for your travels.  They are calling for a mixture of snow and rain.  Be careful driving in!

    We have our fingers crossed on the weather. We hit the ice storm last year, so we're hoping for a little easier drive this time!

    Yep - I'm hanging today. doing some work calls from home, about to bake first batch of cookies (first of a . . well alot), then heading to yoga, grocery shopping and then more cooking. . .so computer on counter just waiting for the fun to begin!
    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    As usual----I pop in/out all throughout the day. Depending on how much laundry I get done and what's left on my list of "to-do's" b4 Christmas Eve...........

    mlmtgg: What kind of cookies are you making?  I still have to bake all of my stuff.  I am doing chocolate chip cookies, buckeyes (peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate), and I am going to attempt to make cakeballs!

    bebeblues: good luck with the laundry!  I am excited you will be around to keep me company!

    sweetbossoms: Sorry you are stuck at work too...I can't wait to sleep in on Thursday!

    Do you guys have any snow?? none here yet in KC MO but they are saying it might flurry on Christmas... I hate snow and ice Big Smile

    We had a little over the weekend and it melted by the afternoon.  Today it is supposed to be a rain/snow mix.  Right now there are tiny little flurries.  I really would like a white Christmas.  I just wish it would wait until Thursday to start Smile

    yeah would be nice if it just snowed on Christmas eve and Christmas and that was it lol

    I'm right there with ya. Only one in my dept. and the entire building is fairly empty. I think I may just duck out around 1-2 and hit a couple stores on my way home. I'm DREADING Kohls. They are notorious for huge checkout lines (at least ours is) but it's the only store near me that doesn't involve mall parking, etc. and I'm REFUSING to do that this late in the game.

    I'm not the only one in the office but I am bored!  working tomorrow until 3pm and then OFF!

    A little snow here in Indy this morning........

    I still need to buy DH's gift......oh Christmas Eve shopping - JOY, JOY!
