Is this the "correct" Arms Reach cosleeper?

We were torn between getting a pack n play for our family room and one for our bedroom for the first few months, or getting the pack n play for the family room and the arms reach cosleeper.

I think we've finally decided to do the cosleeper since it has a higher weight limit, but I can't find it in stores anywhere, just online.

This is the right one that works well for two babies, right...?

Thank you!

  • Yep, you want the original. We had it to start with! :)

  • Thanks!

Did you go to crib(s) after that, or something else?

  • I just learned this late and i hadn't read it anywhere when i was researching. The original co-sleeper fits the regular generic PNP sheets. Reviews complained that the Co-sleeper sheets were rough and cheap and the organic were really expensive. Target sells a really soft fuzzy sheet by Eddie Bauer. I like those better than the quilted PNP sheets available at BRU.

  • If you are going to have them sleep together you'll need the orig sized one.  If you want them apart- 2 of the minis will work great - that is what we have - one on each side.  We moved them to their cribs at 5mo, but still have them in our rooms for nights like the past few when Gibby had a horrible cough - it was nice to be able to have him come sleep next to me again - though, he's almost too big for it now :)

    they are GREAT!

  • Yep, we moved them to a shared crib. And yeah, we got regular PnP sheets for the cosleeper. They fit fine! :)
We didn't actually end up using our Cosleeper that long. There was nothing wrong with it, but our boys were just really bad/noisy sleepers at first, so by the second or third week, DH and I ended up sleeping in shifts. So one of us would sleep on the guest bed in the nursery (with the babies in a shared crib the first 6 months) and the other slept in our bed and our room. We moved the cosleeper downstairs and used it like a pack n play. It does work for a lot of people to have their twins in their room and if our boys had been better sleepers, I would have loved it!

  • Thanks for all the tips...now I just have to make the decision!
