DH in Car Accident
We had a big down pour today in Northern California and DH was on the freeway and his car started hydroplaning...luckily he was able to avoid hitting other cars but crashed into the guard rail.
Thank god he is ok, it could have been SOO much worse but is shoulder/neck is hurting. He is upstairs resting now, he was pretty shaken up. Such a scary phone call to get.

He's ok
Just hit his head and it feels better today.
No he doesn't want to go in...says he just tensed up really badly when he went out of control. He took a muscle relaxer that he has from another injury and is laying down.
I wish he would get it checked out but I am not TOO concerned since he didn't hit his head in any way.

Good I am glad he is doing alright...
DH is upset about how bad the car looks but I keep telling that is what insurance is for and all that matters is that he is ok.

Thanks Teach...I am just so glad he is ok. Usually when these things happen on our freeways in the bay area they turn in to a big pile up so I just feel so lucky it ended up not being too bad. He is trying to do the tough guy act but I can tell he is really shaken up.

If there's one thing I've learned while waiting my turn,
it's that in each life some rain falls but you also get some sun.
After 2 years & 2 losses, our little man arrived 8-2011.
So glad to hear he's okay!
What part of Northern California do you live in?
That is extremely scary. I am so glad to hear that he is okay. I agree with your post that the car damage is what insurance for and he should just worry about feeling better!

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
FET#1: BFN

TTC #1 Since July 2009 slightly low progesterone, endo, kinked right tube, Clomid, Lap and Hysteroscopy, and 13 months TTC = BFP! (7/23/10) Cautiously Expecting... 8/19/10 - it's TWINS!... 11/8/10 - Boy/Girl twins! Born 37w4d
thats super scary- I'm glad everyone is ok. Well wishes for the aches and pains to go away for your DH, and you just rest- you've had a hectic day worrying.
