Bleeding can be fine, right?

So I realize that a little bleeding can be fine during pregnancy and I was trying to convince myself this is fine...

But I've been bleeding for the last several hours. Not bright red or anything, more like dark pink/pale red and very very watery. And I'm little crampy  (just slight constant cramping, like gas or mild period cramps) too.  But there's a lot of it -- I've had to change underwear twice and it laughed at the liner I put on. I drank some water and took a nap but it just increased while I was napping. 

I was telling myself this was because we had sex this morning, but now I'm paranoid.

    I had unexplained bleeding at 11w3d and it was pink/red/brightanddarkred.

    Good luck - yeah sex can definitely do that.

    I gushed blood starting from 8 weeks until about 12 weeks almost every other day. It was caused by a blighted ovum and it went away. I also had a lot of spotting from when we had sex (I stopped having sex it would freak me out so much)

    I would call your doctor, mine always had me come in for a u/s for peace of mind. Keep your feet up and try to relax as much as you can. 

    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.

    I've been bleeding red blood about every other day this whole time and so d far so good! But I totally understand your fears! Call your doc to put your mind at ease. They will likely tell you not to worry unless you are filling a pad with red blood every hour or two. Hugs!!

    I would call your Dr just to be sure. Hope it stops soon. Keep resting and laying down as much as you can.
