Nurse said it was 21 (on Femara) and that was good.how good? Does that just bring me to the 20% chance that everyone else has each month to get pg? just curious, always had less then 10 on Femara
What cycle day are you on? At 7dpo, 15+ is what they look for on a medicated cycle. Whether it brings you to the 20% chance of conceiving really depends on your diagnosis.

It is good (anything higher than 15 on a medicated cycle is good). But the progesterone level doesn't have anything to do with pregnancy success rates.
Good luck!

I kninda feel like she was fishing for us to say, "Whoa, that's high. You must be KU."
OP, FWIW, mine is usually around 25 on 7DPO. And I'm not pregnant.

Re: progesterone is 21...that is good?
Yes, 20% chance is across the board. Unless you are adding treatments like IUI/IVF, etc. Then the % will change.

Anything over 15 on a medicated cycle is good. And you still only have a 20% chance.

Yep, 21 is high enough to indicate ovulation & could sustain a pregnancy if you got a BFP this cycle.
I just got my progesterone blood work results back this afternoon...mine was only a 2! Guess we're going to 100mg of Clomid next cycle.
