can't be my period already...

My bleeding/lochia was pretty much stopped by 3 weeks post-partum.  I am exclusively breastfeeding, which is going just fine.  Yet this morning I am having light bleeding as though I have my period.  I pretty much stayed in the house all weekend due to the snow, though I was on my feet all day yesterday baking.  I also had a killer low back ache yesterday...funny, since that sometimes comes with a period.  But it is way too soon to be having a period!  Guess I'm going to watch it today and tomorrow and call doc if it gets heavy.

    It very well could be your period.

    Or even still postpartum bleeding, which can stop & start.

    I had PP bleeding until about 4 1/2 weeks and then it stopped for a week, almost two, before I got AF! And it was just a small spotting for a few days. I am also pumping and was EBFing before that, so it is possible it could be AF returning!

    I stopped pp bleeding around 6 weeks. Then bled/cramped on and off until AF came 2-3 weeks later.
    Miscarriage/D&E 10w6d 10/3/14 (baby's heart stopped beating)

    Ectopic Pregnancy discovered @ 10 weeks 5/6/14 (Lost right tube and ovary)
