C-section just cancelled...

My doc just called and the NICU at my hospital is still full so he cancelled my surgery. He said maybe Tuesday which means I will be in the hospital for Christmas.

I am so incredibly sad. I told him my pressure was really up yesterday and I was in triage but since they sent me home he was not concerned. He told me to call his office in the morning to reschedule.

Just so sad...

    So sorry!

     If it makes you feel any better, my DS was born on Christmas Eve, so I was in the hospital on Christmas too. It doesn't seem like the best place to spend the holidays, but you'll have your babies with you! And you'll be over 36w at that point...so hopefully no NICU time and you can hold them as the best present ever :).

    Hang in there, I know it's been rough. Just a few more days. ((HUGS))

    That stinks. When things like that happen, I try to think that there is a reason for it that I don't understand. Like maybe 2 more days of cooking is the difference between your babies breathing better or eating on their own or something. I can't imagine how hard it would be to get all geared up then put off another day though. Sorry.
