FF is getting on my nerves & TTA question

I am pretty sure I haven't ovulated and it kept saying I was like 30 dpo until today and now it's saying Your chart data does not allow ovulation to be pinpointed to within a 24 hour timeframe.
Your temperature suggests, however, that ovulation may have occured between CD 13 and CD 28.

That's a new one.

Is it even possible to chart to avoid if you have PCOS and don't ovulate regularly (or at all)?  Am I just wasting my time trying to figure this thing out?

    Are you using condoms until O is confirmed?  Charting to TTA would make me so nervous, because as you've found out, even after you think you might have Oed, that chart interpretation can change later.  (Sorry, that wasn't much help! ha)  But I do know that somewhere on FF it does say that the site isn't really recommended for TTA.

    I haven't been TTA yet for that very reason.  I was kind of hoping that the Metformin would make my cycles regular, but it doesn't seem to be happening.  When I was TTC, I did cp charting along with bbt and it seemed to be very accurate.
