No dairy!!! What are you eating?

I cannot seem to eat enough or find enough good meals and snack to eat on this dairy free diet. Please help!!!

(I know it should be easy, fresh fruit, veggies and meat. But I'm having a REALLY hard time! :( )

  • I don't know if you can have soy or not, but I use the soy cheese and when melted it tastes okay.  I also use rice milk (or almond milk) in cereal but not by itself (once again the flavor is a little strange).  Also, when I make my mashed potatoes I use original flavor coffee mate instead of milk.  It really makes them creamy and tastes really good.  There are a lot of options out there, but it's never the same as cows milk.

  • I am soy free too.

    chicken, veggies, potaotes

I found some pasta sauce dairy free, so I have pasta sauce, bread

Turkey sausage onions peppers and rice

    burgers, fries and veggies

    chili, that I make

hamburger, tomato soup, green bean recipe

    chocolate rice milk

    Hope that helps!

mini crescent rolls are dairy free

    oreo cookies

  • Oh, I forgot to mention that a lot of people that have trouble with cows milk can use goat milk products.  I am just guessing that the dairy is bothering the baby?  Goat milk doesn't seem to bother my little girl so you may try that as well.  Once again though, it tastes a little strange.

She is also soy free as well as dairy.  I have made MANY things from her blog and they are great.  We were dairy/soy free for about 9 months.  I slowly introduced things back in my diet.  I can eat them and still breastfeed DS, but he can't have yogurt or whole milk yet.  He can have a small amount of cheese though.
