Do you think it is possible? re: Movement

I rarely feel the occasional flutters after I eat but I swear now for the last week or so I can see my stomach move when I am in the shower.  Do you think it is possible for me to see my stomach move but not really feel it? 

I am so anxious to feel real movement with my MoMo twins because I am hoping it will provide me comfort. 

Thoughts?  Possible?

    I don't think it's possible to see it move but not feel it unless your placenta is in a funky position. You'll see why in a few more weeks ; )

    It could be your pulse. Mine looks like its moving but its just my pulse. I can definitely feel movement but not see it yet even the hardest kicks are still not strong enough.
