Does anyone have the " Perfect Pregnancy Workout Video 1 " ? Or the

" 10 minute Prenatal Pilates Solution " ??? If so wanna swap and burn copies !? I have Shiva Rea's " Prenatal Yoga ".

I'm looking for alternatives out there and would love to switch with someone !?

    Just another suggestion, if you have Comcast, you may want to see what they have in the free On Demand section. I know they have some prenatal exercise stuff in the exercise section.

    Have you tried either of the ones you're looking for? I have Prenatal Yoga and did it when pg with E and wasn't crazy about it so I'd like to find something new, too.
