OMG it was SOOOO boring. Try to line up vistors for every day that will help a little. My hospital had internet access, but you couldn't get on myspace/facebook because some things on there could be offensive. My dr allowed me to go around the hospital in a wheelchair as long as I was pushed, too. My days basically revolved around meals and reruns. But it was worth it to keep DC cooking! Good luck!
hang in there! i was in the hospital for a week and a half before my boys were born and i thought i was going to go insane. i hope you fare better than me!
GL! Each day longer is going to hopefully help take days off of your NICU stay
I was never on bedrest but my friend was for 6 weeks at the hospital...get a few regular books and some baby books to read, hopefully you have internet access to entertain you...she had her dh bring his PS2 to play and she started scrapbooking basic pages so she could just put the pics and write stuff once they arrived. I know you are sick of resting or at least will be by the time you are at the hospital but enjoy sleeping through the night (if you still can at this point) because that will be gone for a long time once they arrive
Re: Guess where Im at for the next 4 weeks?
I hope you can keep the babies in a little while longer.
I haven't been on hospital bedrest, only at home right now, but I've been spending time reading every.single. bump, nest, and knot board.
8.5+ weeks of Ellen, Food Network, and HGTV! I also slept a LOT...
But it was all worth it in the end!
How to tell my boys apart
The different types of twins and triplets
Jack, Sydney and Carynne, Annaleigh, JW, Eden...forever in our hearts.
