Carseat recall... I have the model

Since I am not really using the seat anymore (I just installed the convertable today) I wonder if I can return the seat to Target...

I wouldn't feel comfortale "fixing" it myself and I WAS planning to use this carseat for our next child but I won't now because of this...

they are sending repair kits... but I REALLY wouldn't want to "repair" a carseat... what if I do it wrong... that is seriously REDICULOUS!...

It is the Dorel... (eddie bauer is the one I have)

Take it to the fire department and have them fix it once the kit arrives.

If they cant do it, well, at least you got to see some firemen

Even though seeing some firemen would be nice..I don't even know if they would fix it. I am sure there some legalities there.

I just read up on this, the car seat itself is safe. It's just the handle that makes it a carrier that needs fixed.

Target has a crappy return policy, but good luck!
