I was stretching on my tippy toes to reach something in the back of an upper cabinet and WOW...I pulled some serious uterus supporting/tummy muscles.

Now I'm in pain.

I hope this doesn't do any irreversible damage.

If you've ever sneezed and it hurt, multiply this by 20. I doubled over.
