Yesterday I woke up with an ache in my left side near my hip. Went to work where it progressively got worse. I started t/u, but I'm still strickened with bad morning sickness so I just passed it off as that. The pain was worse when i got home and I called the doc and they told me to take some MOM to see if it was a due to a blockage. Nope, I woke up at 2am having the WORST pain in my left side with a temp of 102. DH took me to hospital and come to find out I had a cyst on my left (and only) ovary that had become infected. They d/c'd me this morning after IV antibiotics and a couple of prescriptions. I feel the baby kicking alot today so I'm happy she's having an active day. Back to doc on Monday.

I'm relieved things are ok with LO but WHY can't I just have a "normal" pregnancy for once. I'm trying not to stress, but it's so hard. Ok now that I vented I'm off to sleep. Have a good weekend everyone.

TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

    I'm sorry you are going through this.  But I'm glad you are feeling better and your LO is so active!  Get some rest and try to enjoy your weekend!
