It's a peanut butter cake someone just told me about. you mix a package of yellow cake mix with a stick of butter and an egg, and pour into pan. then make and top with "filling," which is peanut butter, cream cheese, another stick of butter, some eggs (3-4?) (and maybe some other stuff). bake, then top with confectioners sugar and whipped cream.
it looked delicious. she was eating her lunch and brought along this piece of peanut butter cake from home. i disrupted her meal to ask her about it!
anyone know this recipe? sounds like something ken would really love, but i haven't had any luck finding the specifics online.
thanks in advance! i fixed the iphone weirdness as soon as i got to my laptop - sorry again about that, for those who saw it.
Re: Help me find this recipe?
It sounds kind of like this Paula Deen recipe. In the variations she tells you to sub pb for the pumpkin (and chocolate mix for the yellow) but it sounds similar.
