For those that didn't read my op, I have a friend who was just told at her 12 week NT scan that her baby was a boy. She expressed her sadness to me because she wanted a girl.
I ended up telling her that 12 weeks is too early to really say that and sent her the "angle of the dangle" website to show her that both boys and girls look similar then. I also told her how wonderful having a boy was etc.
Well I regret that now because she wrote me back saying she's seen that website before and the u/s tech told her that she could definitely tell her the sex then *rolls eyes* ok whatever
Re: f/u to should I tell pregnant friend
I just think it's sad that she's having such a hard time with the fact that she's having a boy.
Boys are awesome!! I want 5 more!

Our U/S tech told us at 12 weeks that we would have a girl. We took it with a grain of salt. She said she had never been wrong. If you look at my siggy, you can see she was right.
So, yup, it is possible!
We found out via u/s at about 12 weeks as well, and the tech was right. We didn't run out and start buying girl stuff, but since she said it with no hesitation, we felt pretty good about the odds.
