ntr - Are Snuggies work appropriate?

Dh said he had a meeting with people from different departments today and 2 ladies came to the meeting wearing Snuggies.

When people looked at them crazy, they said their boss bought them! I guess it's him and 4 women in his area and they always complain about being cold. Instead of cranking up the heat, he bought them snuggies. Said it was cheaper. lol I was cracking up when DH told me that story.

  • OOOH thats a great idea. I am a teacher, and my room is like a meat locker. I might give it a shot. It isn't as if I ever leave my room, anyway!

  • Your subject made me laugh out loud! And then I thought "oh she probably means can she give a snuggie at a work party". The fact that two people actually WORE them makes me snort! Too funny!

  • LOL, sounds like something my co-workers would get me as I am ALWAYS cold in my office. I wouldn't wear it to meetings, though!

  • hahahahahaha....

we bought two for our conference room as a joke.  now it's like a blanket of shame, whoever complains about the cold has to wear the snuggie.

  • OMG, this is too funny!  I seriously get a mental video of that youtube "WTF Blanket" everytime I see one of these and have to hold back a fit of giggles!

If you don't know what I'm talking about, do yourself a favor and google WTF blanket, you won't be disappointed!!

  • Haha - my corworkers gave me a snuggie for my birthday as a kind of joke.  I actually do use it sometimes when I'm at my desk, but I would NEVER go to a meeting with the snuggie.  Never, never.  We work in an old renovated building with no insulation and brick walls.  Brrrr.

Maybe those ladies are trying to make a point.  Dish out a little $$ for some heat or deal with super sexy snuggie.

And one of my coworkers always calls it a snuggLie, which makes me giggle.  I think that would have been a better name.
