I had an extremely embarrassing AF mishap at work yesterday. Thankfully, I am a nurse and easily just changed into some OR scrub pants. However, not before several of my co-workers were able to see... ugh. This is the second time this has happened at work.
Someone, please tell me that I am not alone, and that this has happened to you! Confess up!!

Never in my arms, but always in my heart.
This hasn't happened to me at work. But only because I had such a life-scarring incident in middle school. I'm basically paranoid about it now.
I know better
Life-scarring???
Yes, very trumatic. It affected my behvior with AF for life.
I had trouble predicting my flow in middle school- it would vary from super light to super heavy from one month to the next. One day, I had an overflow incident that bled through my jeans. I walked around with the stain on my butt (it got larger as this story progresses) without noticing for 3 classes. Everyone around me saw it- no one mentioned it. I stained all 3 chairs I sat in that afternoon. By the end of the day, I finally got a break to go to the bathroom and found what everyone around me had been seeing for hours. I very nearly didn't leave the restroom. I eventually made it back to class and tied my sweater around my waist. Which showed all the mean little kiddies that I knew what was up. The comments started then. And because I left such a lasting impression in my class seats, I got to hear about it for a week.
I had almost the exact same experience....even down to the staining the classroom seats. I was in 7th grade.
Oh my gosh!!!! You'll never forget that! eek!
