ugh I think my Ergo is defective

DS just got me the Ergo for hanukkah from Amazon. I'm watching the instructional vidoes, and I noticed my Ergo does not have any D-rings for the sleeping hood (no d-rings for storage or on the shoulder straps to buckle it through). Should I call them tomorrow?

    The instructional video is the older Ergo - they did away with the D-rings over a year ago and haven't updated the videos (or put it clearly on the packaging - it used to be on their website as you went to purchase, but I don't know if it's there anymore).

    Anyway, your Ergo isn't defective!  Happy Hanukkah!  :-)

    The newer ones just snap. Much easier than the rings. There should be one ring though to hook toys to.
