The one at MOA is good. You have to have an appointment but he'll spend 10-15 minutes with the kids and try a variety of poses. I think I'm going to make an appointment with him next week.

Will you let me know about there pricing, I have been told that Santa is VERY good
the pricing isn't horrible, as long as you don't want a ton of pictures.
Plus, if you buy something (at ANY price) they allow you to take your own. So you could buy one picture for you, and print off the ones you took yourself for the grandparents and what not

WOW thanks for that information I love K wooden rocker, where did you get it?
Maplewood Mall has Santa Dan! I read that he's in remission from pancreatic cancer. The article made me cry (not really a hard thing to do), so we're going to go see him.
He's there 5pm to close, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
I know one of the downtown Macy's santas. He looks VERY realistic (even in street clothes, lol). He mentioned they have 4 at a time this year, so I'm not sure how you would go about finding a specific one.
Re: Looking for a "real beard" santa...
If you find one who will take your own photos let me know but I do know that the Santa at Rigdale has a real beard but not real tummy

I was just there yesterday and thought Santa had a pretty darn good beard! I thought the Mrs. Claus was a nice added touch.
