The middle names of our twins are family names. I cant have the initials CJ because of a horrific association and DH is set on the name Cole
We are naming one boy Cole Trost (Trost pronounced with a long O)
And we both really like Blake, but the middle name would be Jesse. I dont really care what the initials are but DH is kinda worried about the initials BJ. I think that once kids are old enough to realize what it means he'll be fine with his name and wont really care. Thats what I'm hoping anyway. Or we could just set him up with plenty of comebacks.
Would the initials BJ be a deal breaker for you or no?
Re: Ive posted this on other boards before, but would like your input as well
Nah. I don't know why everyone makes such a big deal out of initials anyway. If it really bugs him, he can just use B-last initial instead of BJ-last initial.
*That's assuming you aren't planning on calling him BJ. That would be a whole other matter entirely.
Not a deal breaker for me.
No. Thats silly. People actually CALL children BJ all the time (atleast where I'm from: Like Billy Jr. Billy Joe etc.) and it's never an issue.
Unless you are planning on calling him both names I doubt anyone would catch on to the initials anyway..it will be more likely what the first and LAST name initials are then the first and middle unless YOU use them.
no. his full initials will be BJ?
besides its family names and I dig those.
Nope, dont plan on calling him that.
Ditto
Ditto all of this, except I only knew one.
What is NBD?
No big deal.
Not for me either.
