what i hate more than paci's... (NBR)

COMCAST!!!!!!!!!! a$$'s!!

im trying to login to pay my bill and they want my email... after 300 tries i figure dout they want my comcast email which i have NEVER used... then they want a password.  Well i havent signed on to comcast since we moved here so i clicked on the link that says forgot password... it asks for my mothers maiden name.... whew something i know... i enter it and it tells me thats the WRONG answer!!!!!!!!!! apparently comcast knows my mother better than me!

soooo f-them between the LOs crying all am DH being in a bad mood b/c he needs to sleep (awww poor baby!!!) comcast can kiss my a$$ and not get my $$$$$$$

    My email address to get into Comcast is not my Comcast email address but my hotmail one and the password I chose. If you have registered on there before (which I assume you have) can you click "lost password" and have them email it to you? When it happened to me it had been so long since I logged in that I had to call.

    Pain in the a$$.
