I made those chocolate & mint chip cookies last night at a cookie bake party with my girlsfriends and they were a HIT! They are delicious!! Definately saving that recipe for the future, they were so yummy. I brought one today to eat for my mid-morning snack

So thanks for the recipe!
Re: TimsWifey!!
You're welcome!! Here's the recipe again. You can substitute almost anything for the chips. I used peanut butter m&ms and they're SO good!
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tea vanilla
2 cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa
3/4 tea baking soda
1/4 tea salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mint chips
Oven at 350.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chips. Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 mins.
