It's the greatest feeling ever!!!
Congrats! Now the fun the begins, the hunt. Don't get discouraged or impatient to find the house you truly want takes time. From the time our FHA loan was approved till we moved in was almost a full year.

Thank you! We're going on Sunday to look at a few houses. I'm kinda picky so I know the process will be long. lol. I'm just so excited!
Also if you qualify, the first time home buyers credit got extended to April 30, 2009 so yay for that!!
