Good morning ladies! I hope everyone is doing well today!
I liked acupuncture. I think it will really help me this time. He seems to think there are issues with my circulation... so we'll see. I have to go once a week and then before and after my ET.
I see there has already been a DD- so exciting! ![]()

lol I told him I have been constipated and since I left things have already been moving. Amazing!
I also told him that my ovaries have been bothering me so he did something about that too. I felt them doing all sorts of twinging after he put the needles in. So cool.
Yay yay!!! Awesome news!! Thanks... I totally missed that one!!
Love & luck to my 3TC girls. Congrats to Omega-The boys are here!
If there's one thing I've learned while waiting my turn,
it's that in each life some rain falls but you also get some sun.
After 2 years & 2 losses, our little man arrived 8-2011.
Not to get in your business, but is acupuncture covered by insurance since it can be related to fertility? I need to find my Kaiser benefits manual.
They ask you the most mortifying questions... but if they don't know they can't help. He even asked me about EWCM. lol
He also gave me some info on diet changes to help with my circulation etc. I still have to read it because I came straight to work from my appointment.
I think it was totally worth it.
I'm not sure. I am going to call my health insurance when I get home. It's $65 per visit- ouch. I think for some plans they will reimburse you for part of it.
Thanks great news! I'm so glad you already feel it working.
I don't understand how it works, or why it works, it just does and I love it! My rash started improving after 2 days and I had been treating it with doctors for 2 mths with no results. Amazing!

That is great! Where did he put the needles? I'm curious if it is the same as my acupuncturist.
Oh, and did you feel a little high when it was over?
I think everyone is different and each session can be different too.

Yeah, I think i am going to be addicted if I start seeing other things improve too.
I'm SO excited! Thanks for the heads up! I'll let you know how mine goes on Sunday.
He put them: top of my feet, ankle, inner side of my knee, near my thumb, elbow, 3 right across my stomach (for my ovaries), one in between my eyes and one at the top of my head. Pretty cool.
I didn't feel high afterward, but it was only my 1st time. I feel good now, like really happy. I was pretty blah when I went in so I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Good luck!! I'm sure you will love it.
LOL Be prepared to talk a lot about your period and your poop. Seriously. I think I blushed like 10x.
I really hope it is able to help with your upcoming IVF. My boss's wife did acupuncture when she did her last one and she really feels it was a deciding factor in why that one succeeded.
Are you feeling relaxed right now?
Yes, I do feel relaxed.
A lot of people say that, I hope I will be one of them!
How are you feeling today?
Me too! Thanks!
Interesting, mine places them in pretty much the same places
Starving! Haha - I haven't had breakfast and it's a little early for lunch. I'm feeling good though. Ovary pain is finally completely gone. It was better yesterday than the day before but now it's gone.
Well I hope it's our ticket to success!!
Awesome, glad your ovary pain is gone. Hopefully, you have some fertilization & dividing going on in there now!
Fingers crossed that I do!!
He said his favorite thing to do is treat migraines because he can make them go away in 10 minutes. So cool. I love alternative medicine. It's so great.
I am so over needles after all of these injections! I asked him what gauge they were
lol.
Thanks! I know, it's nice doing things just for yourself.
Did he have the special lamp? The guy I went to had a special UV lamp, something about ions being charged a certain way. He would put it close to my face and let me relax with the pins in for awhile. I thought the lamp was probably BS, but I was totally relaxed when I left each time!
Yeah, he put it on my feet because I have terrible circulation in my feet and hands. They were all splotchy when I went in. I loved it.
