We took a Multiples class and breastfeeding class around 24 weeks. The Multiples class was a waste of time, I learned SO much more from this board. I did learn a lot in the BFing class, esp about how things are done in the hospital where I'll be delivering.
We took it all as first time parents (and Type A people!):
-Multiples
-Newborn Care
-Childbirth Basics
-Breastfeeding
I found all of them to be extremely helpful. However, I think a big reason for that was that the instructors were AMAZING. We started taking a childbirth class and newborn care class at another site and quit in the middle because the instructor just didn't know how to teach. I would recommend taking the classes because the info somehow sunk in more than it did when I read the books.
We took the Bradley classes, which are pretty extensive. We started maybe around 20 weeks. It's supposed to be 12 weeks but our teacher combined them and we did it in 6 classes which because of our busy schedules we just managed to squeeze in before baby #1 was born. We didn't take any classes for the twins.

Re: Classes
We took:
Multiple Expectations
Baby Care Basics
Breastfeeding
Dogs & Babies
We took them between 20 and 24 weeks and by the 24th week, I was miserable sitting in those chairs for 2 hours at a time.
Oh, and pretty much all of the classes were a waste, IMHO.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
Good to know! lol
I was planning on a basic labor/delivery one and a breastfeeding one as well.

A basic Labor/Delivery/Baby Care class, finished 2 days before they were born!
Also had planned to take a BFing class the following week, but that didn't happen!
