LOL - I know what you mean. Normally when I think of character theme parties, they just have the cheesy plates and napkins, with a cheesy cake. I *love* the vases filled with cookie crisps, the blue pompoms, the cookie cups and the party hats.
I also didn't think my child would love a specific character at only 4 months though.
Cookie Monster was my fave as a kiddo. I still have my favorite Cookie Monster stuffed animal -- a little worn, but still.
Bakerella had Sesame Street cupcake pops on her blog a while back.
