MIL/BIL VENT

Just got off the phone with my Dh who is at work (yes he works nights...makes TTC difficult when you work opposite shifts) he just got off the phone w my MIL. Turns out my BIL (freshmen in college) and his girlfriend of 5 seconds are pregnant. We met her at Thanksgiving. She's a real gem.

 I know we are at the beginning of our journey of TTC, but it just pisses me off that once again there is someone who will be bringing an innocent baby into this world who is completely irresponsible and clueless. This baby mama's goal in life is to be the next Beyonce. 

Not to mention that my MIL asks AGAIN if I'm pregnant yet at the end of their conversation ...really?! Because I just went of BC in November...some ppl are IDIOTS!Tongue Tied

    I so know how you feel! We decided to not tell my MIL. My mother knows but she is understanding because she and I both have endo. So she knows how hard it is for us.

    My brother got this girl pregnant after a few weeks of knowing her. He is an alcoholic, and she...well not the brightest crayon.

     I am sorry honey! I hope it gets better for you!

    The same thing frustrates me too! I know plenty of douche's who fall pregnant at the drop of a hat - unexpected and totally unprepared... It just doesn't seem fair does it...

    We chose not to tell my MIL for that same reason - she would be asking me every two seconds whether we are pregnant yet!

    That sounds so frustrating!! Angry My MIL asks me all the time too.. and she knows we're TTC and its taking us a little bit of time.  I wanna smack her. haha

    Nearly the exact same thing happened to me last week. My BIL and girlfriend of a year are KU. I couldnt believe it! DH and I are at the beginning of our journey too (cycle 3)... but I couldn't help being a little bitter about the situation. Long before DH and I started trying we decide we were going to tell our parents we were even thinking about it because they are already on our case as it it Stick out tongue
