First purchase for baby

This weekend, DH and I made our first purchase for baby. It was completely frivolous, but boy it felt good. And it had me laughing so hard in the aisles of Aldi!

By it is 4 feet tall! If you remember the bedding set I posted, we are looking to go with a baby animal theme. I'd seen the plush monkey in Aldi previously, and I was kicking myself for not getting it when I saw it. When I saw the elephant, I knew that was even better!

That is so cute! I had a friend who had a large stuffed animal that she took monthly pictures of her LO on/with. It was so fun to watch him grow up in proportion to the stuffed animal. I thought it was such a cute idea.
