I'm also in my second cycle - 2ww right now. 2ww is the worst, right? Last night I put down the test. Trying to find a little self control. Wish you the best of luck and lots of baby dust.
I'm available :-) This is my 2nd cycle TTC and I'm in the 2ww as of right now.
Brady1*- I don't think your request was out of line. I don't have a BFPB.....
I didn't say it was out of line. I just find it better (for me personally) to see what friendships develop naturally rather than forcing a friendship with someone you may not end up getting along with.

This.
I have been on here for months and just now became BFPB's with someone I clicked with.
I was around when Ashton's Mom went nuts and I felt bad for her BFPB's. lol
Well hello my bfpb!
Yes, I felt sorry for her bfps too.
Another thing to think about with the bfpb's is that you want to make sure THEY are going to stick around too. Obviously we cant help who gets bfp's, etc but if you get a bfpb and then next week theyre gone, you have to ask again. Its better to stick around and see who you mesh with and then pick.
You dont just go up to random people and say "Hey, We had sex last night how do you think our timing was." You ask people you know, and get along well with. Understand?
Best of luck in finding a bfpb.
i carry your heart with me(i carry it in my heart)
I recommend doing as Gym suggests...I put up a request (and I had been posting here for a few months when I did so) and had a couple of ladies replied that they would like to. And once someone says they want to, you feel bad saying no.
One of them didn't work out so great...just didn't see things the same way I did usually. She got pregnant right away and moved on to another board so I guess it worked out and my other BFPB is great; but I would just wait a while so you don't get caught in the same situation.
Anyhow, just a recommendation.

It is just generally a person (or multiple people) who may be in a similar situation as you...i.e. trying for their first, long cycles, diagnosed with a similar issue...so forth and that you can reach out to on the board or by private messages. It sometimes helps to have someone to complain about waiting to O or during the 2WW without having to ask the whole board to commensurate with you. Just a support system of sorts.
Often times when you really start feeling comfortable with your BFPB you communicate outside GP by private email or Facebook.
Hope that helps.

Just keep reading/responding to posts and someone will probably start to show up. Good luck to you!

thanks for asking what it means because I did not know either. Sounds like a good idea....guess its time to find one. I like talking on her but it would be nice to have some one on one with someone too. Thanks for the info girls! I am sure the girls that have been around awhile hate all us newbies and the questions!
