Specific situations in FF - re: meds

Just curious if you put in your s/e for whatever meds you are taking (me: clomid and progesterone) on individual days.  I have so far this month and did it last month - does this confuse FF when it comes to a possible BFP chart? I try to ignore the PG points that it awards you and I don't want to encourage it by giving me additional points if I'm nauseous that day, kwim? I know that they mean nothing but I also don't like to see 70+ points because you do start to hope, I think.

Or, should I leave out my s/e when I know that they are related to the fertility drugs?  I've wondered about this and am curious what everyone else does.

    This is my first month doing Clomid.  I haven't ovulated yet, but I did record a headache the other day that was most likely drug-related.  I'll probably just record the s/e's and not worry about the points.  I'm probably not that helpful on this - sorry!
