Nipple shield users come in

How do you clean your nipple shield(s)? I rinse it out thoroughly after each feeding with hot water. Should I be doing more than this? Just curious as to what do you all do. TIA!

That is what I was told in the hospital by my lacation consultant, so that's all I've been doing.

i've been using a bit of handsoap.

I use a tiny bit of soap, rinse really well, then micro steam to sterilize about once a week.

I also disinfect them in the bag Medela puts out when I think of it.
