I hate the one my LO has. I am 297% sure he isnt going to car about how much a gallon of milk cost when he was born, and seriously half of the pages have dumb stuff like thaton them. Can anyone recommend the one they got for their LO's? Thanks!
I guess I am odd then, bc I like that kind of info. My Dad recently gave me a box of all of his letters to and from his family when he was 17 and in the Army. Mixed in it was a peice of paper from my gma that had stuff like that (cost of a stamp, etc...) from when my Dad was born.
I kinda like the info as well. However, I am a baby book failure. I haven't filled it out almost at all. The only things I am keeping up with are her teeth and stuff. I have it all written down in her baby blog, so one day, I will have to update it.
I sound so mean about it! I think a page or two of that is cute, and interesting...my mom did it in mine and I liked reading it. But I feel like a lot of them have WAY too much of that in them, you know? It almost seems like it would be a second job to fill it all out, when I really want more about the baby in there.
I have the Carters "Once upon a time" baby book and I love it. I flipped through the pages though before I bought it see what it had to fill out. I think its neat to know random stuff like that for years down the line. And I do flip through it once a month to see what else I can fill out.

Mine is from Hallmark. It does have the gallon of milk cost page but I love everything about it. It opens with pages "about mom" and "about dad" with little envelopes for each of us to write letters to her. Then spots for info about baby showers, ultrasounds etc. Each month has its own page so I could place the "I'm one month old today" photo with info about her accomplishments. There is a dental chart, place for first lock of hair and much more.
Re: Okay, random question...Anyone love their baby book?
