i am ok. sore and scared, but ok.
ben - took him off CPAP; breathing on his own. having trouble with bowel movements, so they gave him some type of suppository last night that seemed to help. they started feeding him BM yesterday.
nora - did an echo last night, found out today she has a PDA (which apparently is relatively common in preemies, especially girls). basically it is a duct in her heart that failed to close. they are going to try to close it with medicine over the next 36 hours. on the bright side, she is now breathing with only a CPAP.
i will try to keep you updated as i get updates, as long as no one minds me posting them on this board.
I am glad to hear about the breathing successes! And I think we all want as many updates as you're up to providing.
Hang in there. Lots of people are praying for Ben and Nora!

Nothing breeds faster than Crazy
2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929
