Our 13 month old is fighting tooth #s 13 and 14 WTF??

So I looked at the chart yesterday and realize the two top canines are bulging, she is chewing like crazy, and crabby. These canines are supposed to come in sometime after 16 months.

She looks like an adult!  Her top gums are so full of teeth it is crazy looking.

Anyone else get this many teeth this early?

    So Ella had 2 teeth until 1.5 weeks ago.  She is now getting 6 in including a two year molar.  Teeth are just weird!

    I once took care of a child in the nursery at my church who at the ripe old age of 9.5 months had and I kid you not had every tooth except his molars.  It was a little shocking to see this 9 month old crawling around the nursery with a full mouth of teeth.

    We have the opposite problem - 16 months and only 6 teeth!! He got his first top "canine" (aren't they called incisors?) at like 12 months and it was brutal. He's getting the second one now.. I think those are the worst except for molars from what I've heard..
