Questions to ask the Pedi...

I know I asked this before and I just went through my posts from the past 3 months and could not find the thread...so I'm sorry to ask again BUT today I'm interviewing the first of 3 peds...so what did you find the most telling question? was there a question you wished you asked? 

(I have a basic list- who does e-calls? hours? how do you feel about alt vacc? etc)

I just dont want to miss anything...and my brain is so fried...

    Average wait time, availability of appointments or issues with scheduling b/c there are too many patients to docs, newborn nurses, hospital affiliations.....

    Oh yes! Once you have had a doc office that is set up this way...you won't ever want a shared entrance!!! It really is great!
