Yup. I wait until he is asleep and I bring the monitor in the bathroom with me. If I'm out of the shower but he wakes before I've had time to do my hair I get him and put him the bouncy seat outside the door (with the door open) while I finish getting ready.
I either wait for him to nap or to be engrossed in his activity mat. Now that he is trying to crawl and disinterested in his activity mat, I wait for a nap.
I usually wait until the evening when my bf is home, but if I have to get ready to do something I feed and change her and she just chills out in her bouncy. It really depends on her mood, though. If she's already fussy, then I wait until she's calm down to hop in.
I have a little chair thing and I bring her in the shower with me on the weekends. During the week I get up before her to shower and get ready for work before I have to get her up and ready.
Side Note: My baby is awesome and sleeps from 8pm to 6am so it is easy to work around her.
At 3 months I used his travel swing and brought it in the bathroom with me. Now he goes in his Jumperoo right outside the bathroom (door open) or I wait until he's napping.
No after her 8am feeding I burp her then while I wash bottles she does tummy time with her mirror... then I grab the bouncy seat and we go in to the bathroom I shower... by then shes tired and I put her in her crib and finish drying my hair...
Nope...I'll put her in her bounce chair in the bathroom while I shower. She will stay entertained long enough from me to do that, especially when I sing to her from in there!
