Ok, so I just saw the post about Beco's available on mama bargains.  Somehow, before I even realized what was happening, I had run out to my car, grabbed my wallet out of my bag, and ordered one.  Indifferent  I blame it on having had the flu and still being slightly delirious with hunger since I'm still scared to eat anything solid.  While it was impulsive, DS LOVES the bjorn (even though I feel like a bad mom using it since I've read all the stuff about hip devo, etc) and he's really getting too heavy for it, so this is perfect, right?  Oh dear...what to explain to DH...I guess I'm not getting an iphone for my 30th in January now.  lol

    Don't worry! Just state the facts. Baby is getting too heavy for the Bjorn and this is more ergo friendly for your back. And you still will get an iphone if DH is understanding about your health.

    I was in a car accident and have the Bjorn, Home made Moby, a Ka'tan and now the ErgoBaby (which is similar to the carrier you bought) so I have spent a grand total of $250+ (can't add this early) for my back health. I heart the ERGObaby

    Oooh, I want an ergo...I have an odd obsession with carriers/babywearing and up until this morning, I have showed great restraint.  I really do think it will be worth it.  As for the iphone, I need a new phone and my ipod is 4 years old and acts it.  The iphone is actually cheaper with an upgrade than a new ipod.  I'm wicked good at justifying ANY purchase.  Stick out tongue

    You'll love it and it was a great deal.  I bought the same one a year ago for $90 and that was a good deal then.  DS is 22lbs and I've carried him in it for hours during our target, wegmans, & mall shopping this holiday season.  He loves it & so do I.
