Ok so how many baby items are in your front room at one time. One a day to day basis? DH thinks I have to many things in the front room. I have the excersaucer, rocker and a few toys that sit in the rocker when he's not in it. Is that to much? I dont see why I should have to put it in his room every time he's not in it. He uses them all day long. Thanks for the input

In our living room we only have his Jumperoo. He used the swing until 3 months and then the bouncer until 5 months (when he started sitting unassisted). Then of course we have his blanket/foam mat in the middle of the floor for him to play on with all his toys scattered on it (then the rest are in a canvas bin under an end stand).
Tell him it gets worse once LO starts playing with bigger toys and doesn't know how to clean-up lol
Oh I am so going to tell him this! He should remember he has two older kids.
The jumperoo remains in the living room, and her walker and swing are in the kitchen. They stay there.
I have a folded up quilt and a canvas crate of toys that also stays in the living room. I rotate them out every once in awhile with toys in her nursery to make sure she has a chance to play with all of them.
Maybe have a special place to put the toys when not in use?
I have them in wicker baskets in his room. I only leave his teether and his second lovie in the rocker when he's not wanting them. I have the blankets up in the closet so those arent in the way. He just doent want his 2 big items in the room. I'm home all day and thats the room I'm in 90% of the time so they are staying
Plus they arent in the middle of the room, they are off to the side.
I would love for my family room to look like a baby playland!! I want him to feel like its his place too. Its not like its messy or anything. Everything is placed nicely. Men just irritate me today I guess. Lol
Thank you! I didnt think so, but I dont have any friends with babies so I dont know whats the norm or what!
