Keeping BM from getting cold while out

Ladies, I need your suggestions. When I am out with LO, I will bring a bottle of BM with me...how do I keep it from getting too cold in this weather? is there something you use you can recommend? I've seen those bottle warmers that hook up to your car lighter. Do they work? Especially since next week we will be travelling by car for the holidays, don't want to feed her cold BM.

    I use a portable bottle warmer... takes a good 10-15 min to warm up... but totally worth it IMO. Only 12 bucks at target...

    I have a heat pack that came with a travel Pyrex dish case, and I heat that up in the mircrowave and then put it in the insulated bottle tote with the bottle of milk. And I get the milk a little warmer than I would like, so its not super warm when I take it out, but its not cold. This works pretty good so far, as long as its not going to be forever before you use it.

    i get it hot before i leave, wrap it in a cloth diaper insert & put it in the baby bag- then i use the bottle warmer if it gets too cold. it's really worth the money.

    it's fine for baby to have cold milk ... DS drinks his straight out of the fridge every bottle.  Also, getting baby used to drinking cold or cooled milk will make your life a lot easier in terms of travel, dealing with daycare, etc...

    It's actually more difficult for their digestive system to digest anything cold or warm and is best for food to be room temp even when you start solids. 

    If you are traveling and are going to be stopping for food or drinks for yourself you can ask for a hot cup of water and warm it in there. My sil used to do this.
