What sports bra?

Hey Ladies, so far, I'm feeling great with the exception of my sore boobs.  Normally I wear a wicking UA or Nike sportbra.  This is working for everything except running.  I have a small chest (well, slightly larger, but still small so I don't think I need anything fancy.)  I am already wearing a size small sports bra.  Should I just double up.  What did everyone else do?  TIA.

Re: What sports bra?

  • I'm having the same issue. I also wear a size small, and I've noticed my sports bras are getting a wee bit tight. I'm just dealing with it for now, but I think I'm going to have to suck it up and buy some size mediums in the near future.

Are your bras made for high impact activities? I can usually get away with wearing some medium-impact bras for running, because I'm not too large up top, but now I have to wear my heavy duty high-impact bras (Champion seamless).

  • I swear by the Moving Comfort Fiona.  It's typically recommended by us bigger girls, but it's really a great bra for high impact sports and it reduces soreness and chafing......  I've got mad love for it.  :)

  • This one has great support, but my favorite feature is that it holds my iPhone very steady and secure! https://www.mamaista.com/2009/07/10/run-like-the-wind/
  • Definitely the Moving Comfort Fiona!!  I started out curvy and am much more so at 23 weeks.  This is the only one that does the job.
